Welcome to the Rehabilitation Engagement Collaborative (REC)
The REC’s mission is to assist rehabilitation professionals in delivering patient and family-centered care and promoting a collaborative rehabilitation culture using motivational interviewing (MI) and relationship building skills.
Purpose of the REC:
- Impart, advocate for, and build MI attitudes and skills
- Enhance patient engagement and overall health care
- Provide free access to MI rehabilitation-specific training videos
- Offer approved continuing education
- Provide MI resources for individuals, teams, and institutions
- Provide personalized MI consultation and on-site training
